Back!

Hey loves,

I am officially back from Rome.

I'm truly blessed to have been giving such an amazing opportunity!

I've learned so much of this experience, that makes me so happy.

I feel that I have become a better and grown woman.

I would like to thank my parents (because I know they read my blog hihi) for everything they have done for me, and for always being there for me.

Now that i'm back i've promised I would work a bit more on my youtube channel!

So here's a start!

Not Another Rome Post?!

Hey loves,

i'm sorry for not having posted anything new for you guys.

But I have been so busy here, and I will be honest with you..

I did not feel like posting something about Rome AGAIN.

Let me know if I am the only one feeling this way, 

because of course If you like to see more pictures of Rome let me know.

It would be my pleasure sharing them with you!

So I haven't had much time, because I've been going to my classes quite often now 

(yes you read it well, i've been going to school lol).

But even thought I have not been doing any research in Rome, I was able to find out some not so pleasant things when just lying in bed (no weird thoughts please).

Rome has been known for being a metropolitan city, 

and for a girl coming from a much smaller city, known as Antwerp... 

It's not that easy to get used to a few things.

"Such as what?" you may think, "you live in Rome, what's there to complain?!" you think...

Well one of the things I haven't been able to get used to after almost three months, is the noise.

There is A LOT going on here in Rome.

And this may not be the city that never sleeps, 

but it's definitely the city that never sleeps on a saturday morning! 

Saturday morning workers rebuild the building, it's a common thing here 

(and with morning I do not mean 12 o'clock in the afternoon haha, I actually 

 mean 8 o'clock in the morning).

And no, I am not exaggeration, if it wouldn't be this bad I would not mention it.

As you may or may not know, the most used transport in Rome are the busses.

They as well, make an incredible amount of noise.

Whenever they pass you, when you are walking on the pavement, they make a very loud "explosive" noise which always intend to scare the shit out of me.

Every single time!

Another thing about the busses, whenever they decide to change their road to their normal destination (because of a manifestation, which happens all the time btw),

they will NOT tell you.

All of a sudden you notice you are at the Colosseum.

And it happens only when you try to get on time to school.

A random fact now.

Italian women will not sweat, not even a bit,

when wearing fur coats,hats,boots and scarfs.

when it's 20°C outside!!

I don't know how they do not "melt". 

I could never pull that off.

Well of course Rome is still A fabulous city. 

Wherever you sit, you have a beautiful view, and a gelato store on every corner. 

Yellow and white houses everywhere that gives Rome that ancient look, I simply adore. 

It is amazing how the city is a mix of ancient history and the modern day life.

And I guess the noise, the traffic and sometimes very rude people, makes part of what makes Rome so charming.

Fabulous Faux Fur

Hey loves,

today I went to town with some friends and I wore my new gillet coat from Zaraaaa

 because it's getting colder with the day in Antwerp.

But I like it, because love the fall trends!

Such as...Faux Fur, it's a huge trend this fall and winter.

It's french for fake fur ( you probably already figured that one out).

I think it's a fabulous trend, it's cheaper than real fur and it's not like I just said, real!

I am not someone who would ever wear a real fur coat, are you? 

(it's a sensitive subject and there are many opinions about it.)

Well, I do not want to debate now about fur being a good or bad thing.

This post is about Faux Fur and my cute new gillet coat from Zara!

I'm wearing a plain black tupe skirt from H&M with some black tights.

My sweater is from Urban Outfitters and my shoes are from N.Y.L.A.

My neckless and ring are from Forever 21.

Sunglasses are from Ray Ban.

My bag is from Zadig&Volaireeee.

Printend Leggings Part Two

Hey loves,

For yesterdays OOTD I am wearing my favorite printed leggings!

I bought them a few years ago at Forever 21 in London.

I love everything about printed leggings, 

they make an outfit so much more special and make them stand out!

Of course you need to know how to wear them like I said before in one of my previous posts,

 when I was talking about the Leopard printed legging.

I explained everything there, but yes everybody has her/his own style 

and you can wear it just the way you like it!

It is just the way I like to wear printed leggings :).

So today I am wearing my Zadig&Voltaire T-shirt (the one my sweet boyfriend gave me),

with my denim studded jacket from Zara.

My leggings are from Forever 21 as you already knew,

my ankle booties are from Aldo in New York.

And my bag is from Zadig&Voltaire as well.

For accessories I am wearing my every day infinity neckless from Diamanti Per Tutti,

one ring with studs from Forever 21 and a ring with a peace sign from a random shop in Turkey

and some very cute skull earrings which I have bought in Grece in a random shop as well.

My sunglasses are from Ray Ban.

I really need to wash my shoes :D

OOTD White On White

Hey Loves,

For todays Outfit Of The Day I went with a new trend called white on white.

I think this trend is gorgeous not only because white is my favorite "color" but also because I think white is such an elegant and fresh color.

 It is a great color on everyone, you can wear this color on practically everything!

When you are wearing different colors, bright colors in an outfit the color white will even out the "craziness" in your outfit. 

And I love white because it's a color you can wear every season thanks to the fact that there are loads of different shades of white.

There are warmer whites and colder shades of white...

But to go on with the white on white trend, I really like it because it's super easy to wear and it gives everybody a classy look.

I am wearing a white laid back sweater, which is off the shoulder from Forever 21 with a white short short from Bershka.

To add a just a bit of color I'm wearing my gorgeous skull scarf from Zara.

I really love the detailing on this scarf and I love the fact that the scarf itself is very neutral but has a touch of different colors in it as well.

For my shoes I am wearing some brown ankle booties from H&M.

They have a buckle on the side which I thought was very cute.

The only problem with these shoes is that the buckle is the only way of closing the shoe.

You can close the shoe with two very fragile little buttons, so if that breaks you can't close your shoe.

And of course that's what happened to my shoe :p, but luckily for me I have a very handy mother who could fix it!

But for such a cheap price( I don't remember exactly, but not more than 20 euro's) you can't except the best quality.

My bag is a bag from Zadig &Voltaire.

Skull Lovin

Hey loves!

A quick outfit of the day for you guys,

I am going out to buy something with my mom and it's quit warm today so I decided to wear my lace top from Zara with some shorts.

I think this top is amazing because if you look closely you can see there are skulls in the patron!

The top is see-through so it's better to wear a tank top underneath like I did.

I paired the top with some legging short shorts from Bershka and
some white sneakers from Spring Court.

I almost never wear them because they hurt so bad!!

I thought wearing them with thick socks would help, but no..

I've only walked and hour or two with them and I already have two blisters on both feet! :(

For accesories I am wearing my everyday jewelry and a studded ring from Forever 21!
I love the gem detailing on the studs :D.
 And I'm carrying my vintage messenger bag with me,

who is super big so enough space for everything a girl need!

Rock Of Ages Look

Hey loves,

for todays outfit i'm going for a more edgy but wearable look.

I was inspired by the movie "The Rock Of Ages" which I haven't seen LOL but i've seen the trailer and some youtube tutorials and that was enough :D. 

When I saw those high wasted shorts, I had to have them , I think they are soooo cool.
I got mine from TopShop, but I think any high wasted short will do for this look!

My booties are like my baby, I love them and I wear them all the time.

They look good with different kinds of styles and 

they might look very high but they are the most comfortable high heels I own!

And as you can see they are booties you can wear every single season, 

so they are totally worth their price :).
My black ankle booties are from Nasty Gal!

And of course for the finishing touch I'm wearing a hard Rock Café T-shirt
which I've found in a closet in my house,
I think they might have been from one of my brothers when they where small and now
it fit me perfectly :D
And the shirt is from the Hard Rock Café in Key West.

For accessories I'm just wearing some bracelets from Forever 21,
 which you can't see quit well and my watch from Zadig&Voltaire.
But they are not really important in this look!

I'm sorry I don't have so much to say about this outfit,
but I think this outfit is quite self explanatory :D haha.

Less Is More

Hey loves

sorry for not having posted anything new the past couple of days :(

 i've been quite busy as you can tell.

But I have some cool ideas for posts I've been working on that I think you guys will like 

( well I hope so!).

For todays "Outfit Of The Day" I will keep it "clean" and simple, because at the end they are the outfits I prefer the most. They are so easy to wear, everyone has a pair of shorts and plain white t-shirt in their wardrobe and they make a great outfit!

This outfit is good for when you are in a hurry or do not feel like really dressing up, but the nice thing about an outfit like this is that you will still look very feminine, sexy and it's very summerly!

Of course you can always pair your outfit with a cute neckless or some bracelets because adding a piece of jewelry to an outfit like this adds that little something more, but i'm sure you all know the saying: "Less is more"a phrase from the 1855 poem "Andre del Sarto, called "The Faultless Painter" by Robert Browning ( if any one was wondering haha) .And I agree with that sentence, the more you ad to an outfit the more you are likely to do something "wrong" with it, but yes everybody as his own style. You can wear whatever you feel confident in, but that's likely the way I think! :)

For my less is more outfit I am wearing my laced-detailled shorts from Topshop which you may recognize from an other outfit of the day and yes I know this look looks very similar to my other outfit of the day but like I said, I prefer simple looks the best :)

My T-shirt is from H&M, my neckless and my bracelets are from Forever 21.

My watch is from Zadig&Voltaire

My shoes are from Steve Madden.

Even though my outfit is nothing very exciting I still hope you like it :D

OOTD skirt-shorts :)

Hey loves,

today i'm wearing the cutest shorts everrrrr!

They are skirt-shorts because they look like a skirt but they aren't haha :D

And what I love about them is that they have lots of dogs on them!! 

Like how cute is that?!

I bought them in Zara in London and they where on sale (whoop).

I thought it was very nice to pair my shorts with a black shirt which has a translucent back.

I bought my shirt in the shop Coco&Co and the brand is called Daphnea.

My black peep-toe pumps with little bows in the front are from Zara.

The shorts were a bit too big, so I took a random black belt I found in my closet and it matched perfectly!

For accessories I wore my Zadig&Voltaire watch with a bracelet from Forever 21 and my Neck less from Diamanti per Tutti.

So yeah I'm so sorry for my pictures, I took them very fast yesterday evening.

Because first of all i'm kinda known for being too late everywhere I go, and I know that's not a good quality i've got, I just can't estimate time.

But I swear I am working on it! :D

So yes, yesterday I was getting ready to go out for dinner with my boyfriend,

and I just couldn't find anything that looked nice with my shorts!

When I finally found the perfect match, I said to myself that I should take some pictures for my outfit of the day!

And I took a few but not as many as I normally take, so I'm sorry for that!

And the pictures where you actually see me, I don't really like.

But I will still put them on my blog for you guys!

Because I love you :D
